Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

2. Return Procedure

In your communication, please include the order number, the reason for the return (optional), and the details of the product you wish to return.

5. Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
